PLANT RECORDS CLERK/CAD
Paul Bunyan Rural Telephone is seeking an energetic, responsible person with extensive AutoCAD mapping skills for an additional full-time plant records clerk position in the engineering department of the Bemidji office. Duties to include, but not limited to: AutoCAD mapping, maintenance of plant records and GPS system. Qualified applicants should have good communication and problem solving skills, and be able to think and act quickly. Excellent benefit package.

Tier I Data Service Representative
(Entry Level) - Bemidji
Paul Bunyan Telephone is seeking someone that truly enjoys helping people.
Qualified applicants must be able to provide helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Internet technical support over the phone and in person at our Bemidji office.
Applicants must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills, along with experience in a business environment and a strong foundation of business ethics. Other responsibilities may include training, hardware/software installation and repair.
Extensive Windows or Macintosh, Internet application and customer service experience is strongly preferred. UNIX and networking experience is a plus. Some evening and Saturday hours will be required for this position.
